CCM Operations
SONGMAG’s Caustic Calcined Magnesia manufacturing operation in Haicheng, Liaoning Province is one of the most sophisticated manufacturing facility in MgO Industry in China. Comprising Eight Vertical Shaft Kilns with combined production capacity of 8000 Tons per month, the plant is located approximately 260 kilometres from Dalian Port and 100 kilometres from the Port of Bayuquan.
This Facility can produce CCM of Fertilizer Grade for Magnesium Sulphate, Abrasive Grade for Sorel Cement and Millstone Applications, Animal Feed Grade, Chemical Grade for Neutralizing agent in Waste Water Treatment and also for Paper and Pulp Industry.
We produce CCM with purity of MgO 82% to 92% grades.
Our R&D lab constantly focus on improving better grades of Magnesium Oxide customized for end users across the world.
Quality Control
All manufacturing units have full-fledged inhouse testing laboratory with minimum 12 samples being tested per day to keep close track on quality of production.
DBM Operations
SONGMAG’s Dead Burnt Magnesite manufacturing operations are at Haicheng, Liaoning Province. It has four kilns with combined production capacity of 4000 Tons per month, the plant is located approximately 250 kilometres from Dalian Port and 100 kilometres from the Port of Bayuquan.
The Magnesite Ore is procured from Haicheng and Dashiqiao Magnesite Mines.
The DBM manufactured at our facility are with purity ranging from 90% to 94% MgO. The DBM 95% and 97% Grades are outsourced from Haicheng’s biggest manufacturing plant in Haicheng, who are our close associates.
Quality Control
All manufacturing units have full-fledged inhouse testing laboratory with minimum 25 samples being tested per day to keep close track on quality of production.
